Admitere apel
Admite apelul incident şi, în rejudecare, în temeiul art. 406 alin.(5) din Codul de procedură civilă ia act de renunţarea la judecata cererii de chemare în judecată formulată de apelanţii-reclamanţi în contradictoriu cu pârâtul M********* J********.
