Admite apelul formulat de pârâtul Ministerul Justiţiei. Schimbă în parte sentinţa, în sensul că înlătura obligarea pârâtului Ministerul Justiţiei la repararea prejudiciului constând în plata diferenţei de drepturi salariale. Menţine în rest sentinţa. Respinge ca nefondate apelurile formulate de pârâţii Curtea de Apel Craiova, Tribunalul Dolj şi Tribunalul Olt. Definitivă. Pronunţată astăzi, 03.06.2021, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor de către grefa instanţei.

Alte cauze

În temeiul art. 29 alin. 4 din Legea nr. 47/1992, dispune sesizarea Curţii Constituţionale cu excepţia de neconstituţionalitate a dispoziţiilor art. 1 alin. 51 din O.U.G. nr. 83/2014 şi ale art. 31 alin.1 din O.U.G. nr. 57/2015. Amână pronunţarea în cauză la data de 03.06.2021. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi 27.05.2021, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor de către grefa instanţei.
