Admite cererea
În temeiul dispoziţiilor art 406 din codul de procedură civilă, ia act de cererea de renuntare la judecată, formulată de către reclamanţii TONE LILIANA, GÎRLESCU GABRIELA RAMONA, CÂCU MARIA, CIOCOIU CRISTINA POMPILIA, TETICU MIHAELA VASILICA, SBÂRNEA AURICA DANIELA, NASIE GEORGIANA ANDREEA, MANTU VERONICA, CARAGAŢE GABRIELA, NICOLAE DAIANA IULIA.
Admite cererea de chemare în judecată.
Obligă pârâta la plata către restul reclamanţilor a contravalorii voucherelor de vacanţă, în cuantum de 1450 lei, aferente anului 2020, sume ce vor fi actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie precum şi cu dobânda legală aferentă, de la data la care se datorau şi până la data plăţii efective.
Obligă pârâta la plata cheltuielilor de judecată în sumă de 4210, 16 lei, sumă compusă din onorariu avocat şi cheltuieli de transport.
Cu apel în termen de 10 zile, cerere care va fi depusă la Tribunalul Galaţi.
Pronunţătă în şedinţă publică, azi 16.12.2021, soluţia urmând a fi pusă la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei.
