Respinge recursul formulat de recurenţii reclamanţi Ramba Romică Petre, Scârneci Sergiu, Comşa Bogdan Ioan, Hamciuc Aurelian, Cabel Marius Ionel, Lie Ciprian, Rogozea Dorel Ioan, Popa Ionel Gheorghe, Roşca Ovidiu Nicolae, Rohat Sorin Gheorghe, Boroianu Iulian Ilie, Lascu Dorin, Cânduleţ Iulian Florin, Plopu Adrian Ciprian, Constantin Mihaela Florentina, Dobrişor Laurenţiu, Cocan Octavian, Cerghit Nicolae, Greceanu Leonard Nicuşor şi Ciobanu Ion Cosmin împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 862/CA din 05.11.2020 pronunţată de Tribunalul Braşov, pe care o menţine.
