Admite apelul formulat de pârâtul Ministerul Justiţiei. Schimbă în parte sentinţa, în sensul că: Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâtului Ministerul Justiţiei, cu privire la capătul de cerere privind plata drepturilor salariale, şi respinge acest capăt de cerere, ca fiind îndreptat împotriva unei persoane fără calitate procesuală pasivă. Menţine în rest sentinţa. Respinge ca nefondat apelul formulat de pârâtul Tribunalul Bucureşti. Definitivă. Amână cauza

Respinge, ca rămasă fără obiect, cererea de suspendare a prezentei cauze, formulată de apelantul-pârât Ministerul Justiţiei. Amână judecarea cauzei la 17 martie 2022, pentru a se publica în Monitorul Oficial, decizia nr.55/13.09.2021 pronunţată în dosarul nr.1267/1/2021 de Înalta Curte de Casaţie şi Justiţie-Completul pentru dezlegarea unor chestiuni de drept. Citează apelantul-pârât Tribunalul Bucureşti, celelalte părţi având termen în cunoştinţă, potrivit dispoziţiilor art.229 alin.1 Cod procedură civilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică astăzi, 28 octombrie 2021, la Curtea de Apel Piteşti – Secţia I Civilă.
