Admite excepţia inadmisibilităţii apelului declarat de Sindicatul din Teatrul Muzical "Nae Leonard".
Respinge ca inadmisibil apelul declarat de apelantul Sidicatul din Teatrul Muzical "Nae Leonard" împotriva sentinţei civile nr.25/08.01.2021 pronunţată de Tribunalul Galaţi.
Admite apelul declarat de apelantul Teatrul Naţional de Operă şi Operetă "Nae Leonard" împotriva aceleiaşi sentinţe, pe care o schimbă în parte, în sensul că diferenţele de drepturi salariale vor fi acordate corespunzător perioadei lucrate de fiecare reclamant în anul 2019.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei.
Respinge cererea de acordare a cheltuielilor de judecată formulată de apelantul Sindicatul din Teatrul Muzical "Nae Leonard" ca nefondată.
