În baza art.413 alin1 pct 1 C.pr civ suspendă judecarea apelului formulat de apelanţii Hanganu Victoria, Morari Nicoleta şi Draguşanu Elena împotriva Sentinţei civile nr. 322/12.05.2021, pronunţată de Judecătoria Bicaz în dosarul nr. 496/188/2017 până la soluţionarea definitivă a dosarului nr. 568/188/2021 aflat pe rolul Judecătoriei Bicaz.
