În baza art. 341 alin. 6 lit. a C.pr.pen., respinge, ca nefondată, plângerea formulată de petenta V*********** L**** împotriva ordonanţei de clasare nr. 167D/P/2014 din 28.09.2021 a DIICOT – Serviciul Teritorial Craiova.
În temeiul art. 275 alin. 2 C.pr.pen., obligă petenta la plata către stat a sumei de 100 lei, cu titlu de cheltuieli judiciare.
