Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurată în decizia civilă nr. 2730/18.11.2022 în sensul că numele intimatei reclamantei este "Moldoveanu" Carmen Florenţa şi nu "Moldoveaniu" Carmen Florenţa cum s-a menţionat din eroare. Admite apelul formulat de către Ministerul Justiţiei. Schimbă în parte sentinţa civilă apelată, în sensul că: Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâtului Ministerul Justiţiei în ceea ce priveşte capătul de cerere având ca obiect plata unor drepturi salariale (repararea prejudiciului). Respinge capătul de cerere având ca obiect obligarea pârâtului Ministerul Justiţiei la plata unor drepturi salariale (repararea prejudiciului), ca fiind formulat împotriva unei persoane lipsite de calitate procesuală pasivă. Menţine în rest dispoziţiile sentinţei apelate. Definitivă. Pronunţată prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin intermediul grefei, azi 18.11.2021.
