Admite cererea.
Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurate în cuprinsul deciziei civile nr. 2176/11.10.2021 pronunţată de Curtea de Apel Ploieşti în dosarul nr. 6288/120/2020, în sensul că numele corect al petentei este Ecxarcu-Harfaş Andreea Lavinia-Ersilia, iar nu Harfas Exarhu Andreea Lavinia Ersilia, cum din eroare s-a menţionat.
Îndreptarea se va efectua pe ambele exemplare ale hotărârii.
