Ia act de renunţarea la drept
În baza art. 406 alin.5 cod pr. civilă, ia act de renunţarea apelanţilor reclamanţi la cererea de chemare în judecată formulată în apel. Anulează în tot sentinţa civilă apelată. Cu drept de recurs în termen de 30 de zile de la comunicare. Cererea de recurs se va depune la Curtea de apel Ploieşti, sub sancţiunea nulităţii. Definitivă.
