Dispune rejudecare la prima instanţă sau la instanţa competentă
Admite ca fondat apelul declarat de reclamanţii Theil Geb Zimmerman Brigitte şi Theil Werner Hans împotriva sc nr. 1247/2021 pron. de Judec.Deva, pe care o anulează în totalitate şi dispune trimiterea cauzei spre rejudecare aceleiaşi instanţe de fond.
