Respingere apel
Respinge apelul declarat de apelanta-creditoare Axpo Energy România SA împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 7/12.01.2022 pronunţată de Tribunalul Arad în dosarul nr. 1377/108/2018/a22, în contradictoriu cu debitoarea-intimată CET Arad SA prin administratorul judiciar SCP Eurosmart-Filiala Timiş SPRL şi prin administratorul special Bogoşel Daniel-Sorin, precum şi cu toţi creditorii debitoarei.
Obligă apelanta la plata în favoarea creditoarei AOT ENERGY SWITZERLAND AG a cheltuitelor de judecată în apel în cuantum de 520 EUR
Definitivă.
Pronunţată azi, 09.06.2022, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin intermediul grefei instanţei.
