Schimbă în parte încheierea de îndreptare a erorii materiale pronunţată în data de 27.07.2022 de Tribunalul Prahova-Secţia I Civilă în dosarul nr. 1846/105/2013.
Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurate în sentinţa civilă nr. 2367/03.10.2013, în sensul că perioadele pentru care reclamantul Toma Petre Viorel, CNP xxxxxxxxxxxxx, beneficiază de grupa I de muncă în procent de 100 % sunt 08.07.1987-08.09.1988 şi 13.02.1989-01.05.1999 , în loc de 08.07.1987-08.09.1988 şi 13.02.1989-01.04.2001, cum din eroare s-a consemnat.
Îndreptarea se va face în ambele exemplare ale hotărârii.
Definitivă.
Pronunţată astăzi, 26.01.2023, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor de serviciul grefă al instanţei.
