Admite excep?ia necompeten?ei materiale procesuale a Sec?iei a II-a Civile, de contencios administrativ şi fiscal al Tribunalului Dâmbovi?a, invocate de instan?ă, din oficiu.
Declină solu?ionarea cauzei în favoarea Sec?iei I Civile a Tribunalul Dâmbovi?a, complet specializat litigii de muncă.
