Respingere apel
Respinge apelul formulat de reclamanţii N.T.L., P.I., C.P., C.S.V., F.V., F.O., C.O., C.M., C.M., C.S., M.V.S., M.A., O.V., O.E., O.S. şi O.C.A. împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 165/2022 a Judecătoriei Năsăud pronunţată în dosarul nr. 3258/265/2021.
Obligă apelanţii reclamanţi în solidar să achite intimaţilor M.T. şi M.V. suma de 1000 lei cheltuieli de judecată în apel, reprezentând onorariul avocaţial.
