Respinge cererea de repunere în termenul de exercitare a căii de atac a apelului, formulată de apelantul Colegiul "Spiru Haret" Ploieşti. Admite excepţia de tardivitate a declarării apelului, invocată de intimaţii reclamanţi pe cale de întâmpinare. Constată nulitatea apelului. Obligă apelantul la 1540 lei cheltuieli de judecată către intimaţii reclamanţi reprezentând onorariu de avocat. Definitivă. Pronunţată prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor de grefa instanţei, astăzi, 23 iunie 2022.
