Amână cauza
Amână judecarea cauzei la data de 14 februarie 2023, complet C5 apel, sala 2, pentru când se vor cita intimaţii reclamanţi cu câte o copie a cererii prin care apelantul pârât Ministerul Justiţiei a invocat excepţia de neconstituţionalitate pentru a formula un punct de vedere şi cu menţiunea de a-şi desemna un nou reprezentant, în raport de dispoziţiile art. 80 alin. 3 raportat la art. 83 alin. 1 teza 1 din Codul de procedură civilă.
Se va comunica părţilor, în măsura în care este posibil, duplicat al cererii prin care apelantul pârât Ministerul Justiţiei a invocat excepţia de neconstituţionalitate a dispoziţiilor art. 1 alin. 51 din O.U.G. nr. 83/2014 şi a art. 31 alin. 1 din O.U.G. nr. 57/2015, pentru a formula un punct de vedere.
