Legea 85/2006 privind insolventa
Admite contestaţia formulată de creditorul BANCA TRANSILVANIA SA în contradictoriu cu debitorul SOCIETATEA STERN&CO SRL lichidatorul judiciar SCPI ULTRALEX SPRL, preşedintele comitetului creditorilor şi creditorii şi în consecinţă:
-Desfiinţează parţial Hotărârea adunării creditorilor debitorului Societatea STERN&CO SRL adoptată în data de 16.06.2022 şi consemnată în Procesul-verbal al adunării creditorilor nr. 1232/16.06.2022 publicat în BPI nr. 10714/21.06.2022, în ceea ce priveşte pct. 1 al ordinii de zi vizând onorariul lichidatorului judiciar ULTRALEX SPRL
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 7 zile de la comunicarea hotărârii realizată prin BPI. Cererea de recurs se depune la Tribunalul Bistriţa-Năsăud.
