Soluţionare

Respinge recursul DGFP în nume propriu şi pentru MFP. Admite recursul reclamanţilor, modifică sentinţa în tot, în sensul că admite acţiunea. Obligă pârâţii către reclamanţi, la plata drepturilor băneşti cuvenite pentru anul 2005 actualizate cu indicele inflaţiei, cu titlu de primă de vacanţă.
