Anulează acţiunea formulată de SNP Pro Lex în numele lui Curelea Gheorghe, pentru lipsa semnăturii. Respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii de reprezentant invocată de pârâta DGPMB. Respinge acţiunea formulată de SNP Pro Lex în numele reclamanţilor Popa Constantin Lucian, Dumitru Constantin, Morărescu Andreea şi Ionaşcu Mihai Claudiu ca fiind formulată în contradictoriu cu o persoană fără calitate procesuală pasivă. Admite excepţia prescripţiei pentru perioada 01.01.2006-07.12.2006 şi respinge acţiunea. Respinge în rest acţiunea ca neîntemeiată. Cu recurs. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
