Soluţionare
admite în parte acţiunea. Obligă pârâţii MJ, CAB la plat drepturilor băneşti reprezentând sporul de 15% pentru intervalul 1.08.2004 - data pronunţării hotărârii şi în continuare sume ce vor fi actualizate cu reata inflaţiie la data plăţii efective. Obligă pârâţii să efectueze menţiunile corespunzătoare în carnetele de muncă ale reclamanţilor . Respinge cererea formulată în contradictoriul cu pârâtul MEF ca fiind introdusă împotriva unei persoane fără calitate procesuală pasivă. Cu recurs.
