Soluţionare
Decizia nr.86/R din 25 februarie 2010: Respinge cererea de sesizare a Curtii Constitutionale. Admite recursurile declarate de creditorii S.C. GLENCORE ENERGY UK LTD şi S.C. RAFINĂRIA DĂRMĂNEŞTI S.A. prin lichidator judiciar S.P.R.L. POFESIONAL TENARUS Oneşti impotriva sentintei nr.1734/Sind/ din 9.10.2009 a Tribunalului Brasov, trimite cauza spre rejudecare aceleiasi instante. Irevocabila.
