Modifică sentinţa
Admite recursurile declarate de pârâţii P. de pe lângă CA Cluj şi P de pe lângă T.Cluj şi M.P.-P. de pe lângă Î.C.C.J împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1781 din 20.02.2012 a Tribunalului Cluj pronunţată în dosar nr. 4857/117/2011, pe care o modifică în întregime şi, în consecinţă, respinge ca nefondată acţiunea formulată de reclam. C.M. ş.a. în contradictoriu cu pârâţii P.de pe lângă T.Cluj, P. de pe lângă CA Cluj şi M.P. - P. de pe lângă Î.C.C.J.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 24.09.2012.
