Pronunţa o noua hotărâre
Admite apelurile declarate de pârâţii M.P. Parchetul de pe lângă CA Alba Iulia, M.P., Parchetul de pe lângă ÎCCJ şi M.P. Parchetul de pe lângă ÎCCJ-DIICOT împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 5169 din 08.09.2014 a Tribunalului Cluj, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 1707/117/2014, pe care o schimbă în parte în sensul că admite excepţia dreptului la acţiune pentru perioada 08.03.2010-24.03.2011 şi respinge ca prescrisă acţiunea pentru această perioadă. Obligă pârâţii în solidar la plata în favoarea reclamanţilor a dobânzii legale penalizatoare aferente sumelor datorate reclamanţilor cu titlu de drepturi salariale începând cu data de 15.03.2011 şi până la achitarea integrală a sumelor aferente în temeiul S.C. nr. 1529/2009 a Tribunalului Alba.
Decizia este definitivă.
Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 21.12.2015.
