Respinge apelul declarat de apelanţii reclamanţi SPA, s.a., împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 262/03.02.2014, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 1718/1285/2012 al Tribunalului SPecializat Cluj, pe care o menţine în întregime.
Obligă apelanţii să plătească intimaţilor SAE şi BPS suma de 500 lei, cheltuieli de judecată în apel.
Decizia este definitivă şi executorie.
