Admitere recurs
Admite recursul declarat de BRD GSG SA prin Sucursala Zalău împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 5609 din 09.12.2013, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 4441/84/2011/a16 al Tribunalului Sălaj pe care o modifică in sensul că admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale active a lichidatorului judiciar LI şi a calităţii procesuale pasive a CNCD şi în consecinţă respinge contestaţia formulată de lichidatorul judiciar LI împotriva hotărârilor luate de adunarea creditorilor debitoarei din data de 09.09.2013. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 03.03.2014.
