Respingere apel

Respinge ca nefondat apelul declarat de reclam. SLI MM în numele membrilor de sindicat împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 613 din 08.04.2014 pronunţată în dosarul nr. 4721/100/2013 al Tribunalului MM, pe care o păstrează în întregime.
