Respingere apel

Respinge ca nefondat apelul declarat de reclam. SLI MM în numele membrilor de sindicat împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1052 din 12.09.2014 a Tribunalului MM pronunţată în dosar nr. 5574/100/2013 pe care o menţine. Respinge apelul provocat, declarat de pârâtul CLBM împotriva aceleiaşi sentinţe. Decizia este definitivă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 12 ianuarie 2015.
