Respingere recurs

Respinge recursul declarat de recurentul MEN împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 98 pronunţată la data de 14.01.2014, în dosarul nr. 6256/100/2013 al Tribunalului Maramureş pe care o menţine în întregime. Obligă recurentul să plătească intimaţilor reclamanţi suma de 2000 lei, cheltuieli de judecată în recurs, iar pârâtei USH 620 lei. Decizia este definitivă şi executorie. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 22.10.2014.
