Recurs (alte soluţii)
Respinge recursurile formulate de pârâţii CA şi CE împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 3457 din 23.04.2014, a încheierii din 11.04.2014, precum şi împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 4659 din 27.06.2014, toate pronunţate de Tribunalul Cluj în dosarul nr. 656/117/2014.
Admite recursul declarat de pârâta SC S D SRL împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 3457 din 23.04.2014 pronunţată de Tribunalul Cluj în dosarul nr. 656/117/2014 pe care o casează în parte şi rejudecând cererea de acordare a cheltuielilor de judecată obligă pe reclamanţii SBP, ... să plăteasc pârâtei suma de 3.000 lei cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată parţiale la fond.
Menţine considerentele şi restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei atacate.
Definitivă.
