Anulează cererea de recurs

Anuleză ca netimbrat recursul declarat de chematul în garanţie MEN, împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 5737/16.10.2013, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 7368/100/2012 al Tribunalului MM, pe care o menţine în întregime. Obligă recurentul să plătrească intimatei USH suma de 620 lei, cheltuieli de judecată în recurs. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 27.03.2014.
