Respinge cererea

Amână cauza

Admite în principiu cererea de intervenţie în interes propriu formulată de A******** S******** A U************ D** P****** în numele şi pentru ENACHE BOGDAN ADRIAN, COSTELEANU ( fostă Gheorghe) MIRELA ELENA, CIORNEI ILEANA SILVIA, IONICĂ ( fostă Irindea) LAURA IONELA, DUMITRU ( fostă Tăbăcaru) CRISTINA şi IORDĂCHESCU GRIGORE ADRIAN, OLTEANU ORESTIA GEORGETA, TUDOR MARIANA IONELA şi cererea de intervenţie în nume propriu formulată de Popescu Viorica şi dispune introducerea în cauză în calitate de intervenienţi a acestora. Admite excepţia prescripţiei invocată de pârâta U************ D** P******, prin întâmpinarea formulată şi depusă la dosar, la fila 106 şi va constata prescrise drepturile pentru perioada 01.01.2010-04.06.2012. Excepţia inadmisibilitaţii invocată de pârâtul Ministerul Educaţiei Naţionale şi Cercetării Ştiinţifice o califică ca fiind o simplă apărare de fond. Uneşte cu fondul cauzei excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive invocată de pârâtul Ministerul Educaţiei Naţionale şi Cercetării Ştiinţifice.
