Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor dobânda legală aferentă sumelor datorate conform sentinţei civile nr. 3939/01.08.2012, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 7661/118/2012 al Tribunalului Constanţa, începând cu 01.08.2012, până la data plăţii efective a sumelor menţionate prin titlul executoriu.
Respinge pretenţiile aferente perioadei 21.05.2012-31.07.2012 ca nefondate.
