Admitere recurs
Admite recursul declarat de DGRFP-Cluj-Napoca împotriva sentinţei civile nr.262 din 18.02.2020 pronunţată în dosarul nr.1735/1285/2007/a36 al Tribunalului Specializat Cluj pe care o modifică în sensul că admite contestaţia creditoarei DGRFP Cluj Napoca împotriva hotărârii adunării creditorilor debitoarei B.B.SA din data de 9.01.2020, pe care o anulează în parte. Anulează în parte raportul privind modalitatea de valorificare a bunurilor rămase în averea debitoarei cu privire la punctele III.2.2: "Părţile sociale deţinute la societăţi cu răspundere limitată " şi III.2.3: " acţiunile deţinute la F.C.U.C.SA-societate pe acţiuni de tip înschis".
Menţine în rest dispoziţiile raportului privind modalitatea de valorificare.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
